No. Threadline is an independent product built on top of the official Instagram Graph API. It is not owned by, operated by, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. We use Meta’s public API the same way any third-party Instagram tool does, under Meta’s standard developer terms.
Every AI-drafted reply is scored for confidence before it’s sent. High-confidence replies that match your auto-reply settings go out immediately. Anything the AI is unsure about — an unusual question, a complaint, a request outside what it was trained on — gets flagged and routed to a human review queue in your dashboard instead of being sent automatically. You get a real-time alert, read the conversation, and decide what happens next.
Your business context (products, FAQs, policies) is stored per-account and used only to answer your own customers — it is never shared with or used to train models for other Threadline accounts. Conversations are processed via Anthropic’s Claude API under a standard data-processing agreement; Anthropic does not train its models on your data.
